1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Nurtiva Care (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Nurtiva Care is — and is not

Nurtiva Care is an organizational tool for family and professional caregivers. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and never disregard professional advice because of something you read or recorded in the Service.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nurtiva Care. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Early Access (Beta)

During the Early Access program the Service is provided as a beta. Features may change, break or be removed. Founding Caregivers receive free access during the beta and a permanent “Founding Caregiver” badge after the public launch.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload data about people who have not consented to your storing it.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ care profiles or break security controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for emergency or life-critical decisions.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all care data and documents you enter. You grant Nurtiva a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you and the care-circle members you invite.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurtiva disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any clinical decisions made based on information stored in the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
